Tenant Screening is a useful element of being a landlord
I've been renting houses for well over ten years now, so I believe I have decent experience to are based upon. There are good tenants, and there are undesirable tenants. But I've discovered there are measures you can take to atleast lessen the chances of finding poor renters. I certainly suggest employing a tenant screening company. Make sure you contact their current landlord, when they are currently renting a house and see if she or he would advise them as visitors. Their view can let you know a whole lot. There's no way of preventing poor tenants completely, but I have been helped by these steps.
